
INGREDIENTS:
- Flour : 100gm
- Corn flour : 20gm
- Eggs : 1nos
- Water : 120ml
- Corn oil : 15ml
- Apple : 500gm
- Sunflower oil : for deep frying
- Sugar : 135gm
- Corn oil : 90ml
- Sesame seed : 15gm
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- In a mixing bowl, add flour , corn flour, eggs , water , corn oil, to prepare batter.
- Wash and peel the apple then cut it into dice.
- Mix the apple into batter
- Deep fry the apple into sunflower oil.
- For caramelizing the apple; in a separate frying pan add sugar and corn oil.
- Add deep fried apple into corn oil, sugar (caramel) , mix it into it.
- Then put out the apple from hot caramel and add caramel thread on top of apple while serving.
- Serve it with toppings of sesame seed.
