PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

A flat, crunchy cookie made with peanut butter as the main ingredient

INGREDIENTS

  • Sugar : 440gm
  • Butter : 220gm
  • Peanut Butter : 220gm
  • Egg : 4nos
  • Water : 135ml
  • Flour : 660gm
  • Baking powder : 15gm
  • Vanilla Essence : few drops

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • In a mixing bowl add sugar and butter.
  • Mix them properly until the sugar melts and gives creamy like texture.
  • Add proper amount of peanut butter in it and mix it properly.
  • One after another add egg into it. Mix properly.
  • Add flour, baking powder, Vanilla Essence and mix it properly.
  • Add water in it and prepare its proper texture.
  • Fill the mixture in piping bag and prepare the shape in glazed tray.
  • Bake it in oven for 13min at 165°C
