
A flat, crunchy cookie made with peanut butter as the main ingredient
INGREDIENTS
- Sugar : 440gm
- Butter : 220gm
- Peanut Butter : 220gm
- Egg : 4nos
- Water : 135ml
- Flour : 660gm
- Baking powder : 15gm
- Vanilla Essence : few drops
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl add sugar and butter.
- Mix them properly until the sugar melts and gives creamy like texture.
- Add proper amount of peanut butter in it and mix it properly.
- One after another add egg into it. Mix properly.
- Add flour, baking powder, Vanilla Essence and mix it properly.
- Add water in it and prepare its proper texture.
- Fill the mixture in piping bag and prepare the shape in glazed tray.
- Bake it in oven for 13min at 165°C
