
Kalakand is a popular Indian sweet made with milk, sugar and a few flavorings. My three ingredient, super fast recipe for Kalakand (a.k.a. Indian Milk Cake)
INGREDIENTS
- Milk : 1500ml
- Vinegar : 10ml
- Milk : 500ml
- Sugar : 50gm
- Pistachio : 100gm
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a pot heat the milk.
- Once boiled add vinegar to prepare chenna from it.
- Wash and rub the extracted chenna.
- Again boil the milk (500ml) into pot.
- Add rubbed chenna into it. Stir it properly
- Add sugar again and stir it until the amount get reduced.
- Prepare the mould with butter paper and add the prepared KALAKAND.
- Add the chopped pistachio on top and cover it.
- Then add it into freezer to get it set in proper texture.
