
Whipped creamy curd flavoured with cinnamon and topped with cashew nuts
INGREDIENTS
- Curd : 1 ltr
- Sugar syrup : 100ml
- Fresh cream : 100ml
- Cashewnuts : garnish
- Saffron: garnish
- Mix spices: pinch of spices
- Cinnamon powder, black pepper, cardamom, cloves
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Hung the curd in the muslin cloth to remove the excess water from the curd
- Prepare sugar syrup, whisk fresh cream.
- Once the water is removed from the curd place it in a mixing bowl and whisk it.
- Add sugar syrup , whipped fresh cream in the curd and mix them properly.
- Add mix spices powder for flavor.
- Now sikarni is ready to serve.
- Rim the serving glass with mix spices.
- In a serving glass, add sikarni and garnish with roasted cashewnuts on its top with saffron thread.
