AMERICAN BROWNIE

Rich , dense , and fudge texture like cake.

INGREDIENTS

  • Castor sugar: 250gm
  • Butter : 250gm
  • Eggs : 5nos
  • Vanilla Essence : 5ml
  • Condensed milk : 100ml
  • Flour : 250gm
  • Cocoa powder : 75gm
  • Salt : 5gm
  • Baking powder : 10gm
  • Walnut : 100gm
  • Chocolate : 250gm
  • Fresh cream : 250ml

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • First of all mix castor sugar and butter as in creaming method.
  • After we get proper creamy texture, add egg one by one.
  • Add vanilla Essence and condensed milk into it . Mix them properly.
  • Add all dry ingredients flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder into the mixture.
  • Mix them properly by folding method.
  • Add walnut which being boiled , skinless, and chopped.
  • Add the mixture into the baking mould . Tap the mould and release air.
  • Bake it in the oven at 210°C for 30 minutes.
  • Demould it and add chocolate ganache over it.
  • To make chocolate ganache melt chocolate with double boiling method and add cream in it and mix them together.
