
Sticky rice which is cooked in coconut milk
INGREDIENTS
- Milk : 1ltr
- Sticky rice : 100gm
- Sugar : 100gm
- Coconut milk : 200ml
- Cashew nuts: 50gm
- Fresh grated coconut: 1 whole coconut
- Glace cherry: to garnish
- Mango : to garnish
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- First of all, heat up the milk and let it get boiled.
- Stir it properly, let it get reduced (20%)
- Then add properly washed rice into it.
- Stir it properly , let it get cooked
- When the milk is thicken and reduced, add sugar and coconut milk into it.
- Side by side, chop cashewnuts, fresh grated coconut , cherry .
- Once the rice and milk is cooked, let it get cooled
- Add small portion of coconut sticky rice in serving dessert bowl and garnish it with cashew nuts, grated coconut and glaced cherry, along with season fruits.
