BROWNIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Castor sugar : 200gm
  • Butter : 200gm
  • Salt :5gm
  • Vanilla Essence: few drops
  • Egg : 4nos
  • Flour: 150gm
  • Cocoa Powder: 50gm
  • Baking Powder: 10gm
  • Walnut: 100gm

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  • First of all boil the Walnut, remove its skin and chop it.
  • In a big mixing bowl , add castor sugar , butter,salt, and vanilla essence.
  • With the proper creaming, rubbing method. Mix it to make fine creamy texture.
  • In a another mixing bowl , sieve the flour and cocoa powder then add baking powder in it.
  • In a creamed mixture of (sugar+butter), add egg into it. Whisk it properly.
  • Then add the mixture of flour, cocoa powder and baking Powder in creamed mixture. Mix them properly.
  • Then add walnut (chopped)into it.
  • In a baking mould , add butter paper with proper oil greasing.
  • Then add the total mixture into mould and bake it for 40-45minutes at (180-200)°C
  • Garnish it with icing sugar.
